Q: The SilverFit Mile isn’t responding to the bike. How do I fix this?

Check if the system is in the correct mode. On the start screen and during cycling, a bicycle icon is visible on the right side of the screen. When this icon is green, the system is connected to the sensor. When this icon is gray, the routes play automatically. Check if the sensor is properly connected. The sensor cable should be plugged into a USB port on the computer behind the monitor. Unplug the USB cable of the sensor from the computer and then plug it back in. If the above does not solve the issue, please contact SilverFit.
