As the European Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) is being rolled out across European countries, SilverFit has taken proactive steps to assess and align our CSR policies. While SilverFit, as a small company, is not required to comply with this directive, we recognise the importance of supporting our larger clients, many of whom are subject to this requirement. In January 2025, we joined the EcoVadis platform, a global leader in sustainability ratings.
EcoVadis operates in over 95 countries and across 150+ sectors, providing companies with a framework to formalise their CSR approaches. This framework enables companies to compare their CSR efforts through harmonised scores, medals, and badges. In January 2025, SilverFit was awarded the “Committed” badge for achieving a score higher than 45/100.
SilverFit’s EcoVadis assessment was based on four key themes, and we are pleased to highlight our strengths in the following areas:
SilverFit is committed to continuously improving our Corporate Social Responsibility practices. In the future, we plan to implement policies for sustainable procurement to further strengthen our CSR framework. Currently, our EcoVadis scorecard is available to members of the EcoVadis network, but we are happy to share our standard operating procedures on sustainability, which provide a comprehensive overview of our initiatives.
As part of our commitment to sustainability, SilverFit actively recycles, reuses, and refurbishes hardware. We work with Vooruit, a company that specialises in recycling and refurbishing IT hardware.
